Who Are We?

TOOLMAN Power Tools is a family run business located in Northwest Ohio that specializes in DeWalt Power Tools and Accessories. We handle both retail and wholesale business and sell to everyone from the do-it-yourselfer to the multi-million dollar contracting company. We serve our local customers with our 7,000 square foot warehouse and retail showroom, and cater to our national and international customers through our on-line store. Our products are also available via phone, e-mail or through eBay.

What is Our Philosophy?

Our philosophy is to keep extremely low overhead and minimal markup in order to bring the lowest possible product cost to YOU; the customer. We treat every customer with the same respect and courtesy regardless of order size. Toolman Power Tools is looking to build a long-standing relationship with each and every customer so that we may serve your power tools needs for years to come.

How Do We Do It?

Many people ask how we compete with the so called "Big Guys" such as Home Depot or Lowe's. Toolman Power Tools doesn't carry hundreds or thousands of different brands, we carry only one; DeWalt. By doing this we can leverage our very high buying power with DeWalt and stock larger quantities of each item. This also ensures that when you call us for information on a DeWalt power tool we are going to be knowledgeable with the product specifications. Additionally, we don't have a multi-million dollar warehouse and other overhead that ends up getting charged back to the customer. Our theory is, if it isn't going to help our customers in the way of saving time, money or effort then we don't do it. We are in business to serve our customers not ourselves.

What Brands Do We Carry?

TOOLMAN Power Tools specializes in DeWalt Power Tools and Accessories, therefore it is the only brand we stock. We have built an excellent relationship with DeWalt. Their products are of superior quality and workmanship as compared to other available manufacturers. DeWalt also stands behind their product with one of the toughest warranties in the industry. However, we are aware that many customers do have a prior history with other manufacturers. Because of this, we can often leverage our relationships with local and regional distributors and order items from other manufacturers on an individual basis often at well below retail cost.
