Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can now be done via UPS, however the US Postal Service is often more cost effective. Most shipments going to the below listed locations will use USPS Priority Mail for shipment and would be assessed an $8 handling fee. USPS shipments are NOT insured unless requested and paid by the customer.

Canada
UPS Ground: Shipping to Canada is normally done via UPS Ground. These shipments will contain $100 of insurance by default. Any additional insurance must be requested and paid for prior to shipping. All UPS Ground shipments are traceable on-line. UPS Ground shipments to Canada will be assessed import duties and BROKERAGE. These charges are IN ADDITION TO shipping charges and are payable upon receipt by the customer. Below are the current brokerage rates charged on UPS Ground shipments. These rates are subject to change without notice. Refer to www.ups.com for up to date brokerage rates.

UPS Express: Shipments that are extremely time critical can be shipped via UPS Express shipping. These shipments will arrive in most areas of canada in 2 - 3 days. These shipments will contain $100 of insurance by default. Any additional insurance must be requested and paid for prior to shipping. All UPS Express shipments are traceable on-line. UPS Express shipments will NOT be assessed BROKERAGE fees, however import duties would still apply.
USPS Economy: We have found USPS Economy to be an extremely unreliable shipping method and therefore no longer use this service for any of our shipments. We apologize for any inconveniece this may cause.
USPS Airmail: We use USPS Airmail for larger shipments that are still very light in weight. USPS does not charge based on the size of the shipment so it is often more cost effective to use over UPS for these type of shipments. Some customers also perfer to use USPS Airmail since brokerage fees are NOT charged as they would be with UPS Ground services. These shipments DO NOT include insurance by default. Insurance must be requested and paid for prior to shipping. Tracking is also NOT included by default and must be requested at an additional cost.
USPS Global Priority: For shipments under 4 pounds only, USPS Global Priority shipping is very cost effecive as well as fast and reliable. For shipments 1 - 2 pounds the cost will be $12 and for shipments 3 - 4 pounds the cost will be $16. These shipments DO NOT include insurance by default. Insurance must be requested and paid for prior to shipping. Tracking is also NOT included by default and must be requested at an additional cost.
USPS Global Express : The US Parcel Service' Global Express shipping option is an alternative for time sensitive shipments going to Canada. It is comparable to UPS' Express Shipping service. These shipments will contain $100 of insurance by default. Any additional insurance must be requested and paid for prior to shipping. All USPS Global Express shipments are traceable on-line.

Abroad
IMPORTANT: Toolman Power Tools can no longer ship to international locations outside of North America. We apologize for this inconveniece and are working to resolve the issue.
International Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted by Toolman Power Tools for Dead On Arrival items (an item that does not function as specified by the product manufacturer when received) within 15 days of product receipt from international locations. Return shipping to Toolman location is to be paid by the customer and a replacement will be shipped at our expense.
Returns will be accepted for un-opened, un-used products within 15 days of product receipt from international locations. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer and a 6% re-stocking fee will apply (minimum re-stocking fee is $10). Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
Warranty claims on DeWalt products originating in the US are often not covered by international locations. We can often assist in having an item repaired in the US however shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We can also source replacements parts for repair of faulty items which is often cheaper than shipping items to and from the US.
