When paying with credit card, the billing and shipping addresses must match. Toolman Power Tools can not ship to alternate addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, in order to prevent fraud and keep prices as low as possible, this is a necessary precaution..
eBay Payment Terms
All purchased made via eBay must be paid for within 7 days of auction close. A non paying bidder alert will be filed after 10 days if payment has not been received.
Local Pickup for eBay Auctions
Items purchase from Toolman Power Tools via eBay may be picked up locally. Shipping charges will be reduced or removed for most items however a small fee may still apply to cover eBay related fees. Please refer to Toolman's In Store Pickup Policy for more details.

International eBay Shipments
IMPORTANT: Toolman Power Tools can no longer ship to international locations outside of North America. We apologize for this inconveniece and are working to resolve the issue.
Shipping costs are always stated in the eBay auction for the CONTIGUOUS 48 UNITED STATES ONLY. Additional shipping will apply to all order outside of the 48 states. This includes auction purchased using Buy It Now or auction purchased using second chance offers. Please check with Toolman PRIOR TO BIDDING for a shipping quote outside of the 48 contiguous states.

eBay Q & A
Second Chance offers: A second chance offer can be sent via the eBay system if the seller chooses to offer the same item to a lower bidder at the maximum bid that bidder placed. You are generally allowed 3 days to decide if you would like to purchase the item at the lower bid amount. Free shipping offers DO NOT APPLY to second chance offers. If you decide to purchase the eBay item using the second chance offer, shipping will be required.
Buy It Now: Buy it now is an option that can be used for eBay auctions (if the seller so chooses) to allow for buyers to purchase the item immediately BEFORE any bids are placed. Once a bid is placed on an item, the Buy It Now option is no longer available for use. Toolman often offers free shipping when using the Buy It Now option (Not applicable on all items, please read item description). The free shipping applies ONLY when using the eBay Buy It Now option and also ONLY applies to buyers in the contiguous 48 states. Buyers outside of the 48 contiguous states who choose to use the Buy It Now option will receive a discount on the shipping price equal to the shipping cost stated in the auction for US buyers.
